be determined and negotiated by Casitas with the owner of the property. |
Will it be a problem for the non Spanish speakers moving into this area?
Oh no, there are many English speaking doctors, dentists, lawyers, architects

translation issues and concerns. To help you on your way some of the town halls are
providing free Spanish Lessons to the foreign community.

You will need various health and vaccination certificates to bring your pet into Spain
and a certificate from your agriculture ministry; it’s not as complicated as
you may think, now that the UK has introduced the pet passport scheme. Contact
your local vet who will be up to date with all current procedures. Not all properties are
suitable for pets, so please check with our office for a list of available
rentals where pets are accepted. |
What if we need to break our rental contract?
Its not an ideal situation for any party should you need to break your rental

our furniture?
Although we don’t have our own storage facilities we can assist you with

Two months deposit is typically required to reserve your property bit
this can vary, do check at the point of enquiry what exactly will be required. |
Do you only have inland properties in the Jalon Valley?
Our main rental office is located in Jalon itself, so the majority of
our properties are within this area, however we also have other offices
on the Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida, meaning that coastal properties can also
be available.
